Hi, I’m Steph — founder of Walk with Clarity Bookkeeping.

Quickbooks Online Setup
Helping new business owners get started with a proper QBO setup, including chart of accounts, HST tracking, integrations (e.g. Stripe, Square, Gorilla Desk, etc.), and basic workflows & checklists.
Diagonostic Review
Reviewing existing QBO files to check for setup issues, categorization problems, missing HST setup, unreconciled accounts and other red flags - followed by a summary report with recommendations.
Bookkeeping Cleanups
Fixing messy books by cleaning up past transactions, reconciling accounts, correcting categorization and organizing financials for clarity and compliance (e.g. HST remittance, year-end & tax preparedness).
